How do I read the SignalRx Intelligence Card in Salesforce?
The Intelligence Card shows fit, health, segment, and the signals behind them on any Lead, Contact, or Account.
The SignalRx Intelligence Card is the one place to read everything SignalRx knows about a record, right on the Salesforce page. On any Lead, Contact, or Account it shows the Fit Score and tier, the Health Score and tier, buyer segment, a short description, key firmographics, tags, ownership, and the healthcare signals behind them, plus the Revenue Plays the record is in, so a rep understands why an account matters and what to do next before the first conversation.
Intelligence only helps if it reaches the person doing the work, where they already work. The Card exists so a rep never has to leave the record, open another tool, or ask RevOps what a score means. Everything that would otherwise live in a dashboard or a deck is on the account in front of them.
What is on the card?
- Fit: the score and tier that rank the account on future value.
- Health: for customers, the live score and tier (Expand, Maintain, Triage, At Risk).
- Segment: the buyer segment the account belongs to.
- Signals and tags: ownership (PE-backed, MSO, DSO), specialty and NPPES taxonomy, locations and CMS-reported setting, software, and buying signals.
- Plays: the Revenue Plays the record is currently in, plus its owner.
How do I read it quickly?
Start with the tier, it tells you what to do. High Fit means call, At Risk means intervene, an expansion signal means there is room to grow. Then read the signals underneath for the why. The Card also carries Source Email and Source Phone buttons to fill in missing contact details on the spot.
What does this look like in practice?
Illustrative, based on how SignalRx customers work. A rep opens a Lead that came in overnight. The Card shows High Fit, a PE-backed multi-location group, on a matching EHR, in a target specialty. The rep calls first, and opens the conversation already knowing the account's shape, instead of researching it for ten minutes or skipping it.
Where does the data come from?
Everything on the Card is written by SignalRx into native GW fields in Salesforce and refreshed continuously, so the Card is always current without anyone exporting or refreshing anything. Behind each value, SignalRx has researched and tagged the account's data and scored both the account and the contact, triangulating public registries, the company website, news, LinkedIn, and Google reviews and Instagram in consumer verticals, plus third-party data, with the customer's own internal revenue, support, and usage signals tracked over time, and inferring which source to trust when they disagree to resolve them into one validated view. Where a record arrives incomplete, SignalRx fills the gaps from public sources like NPPES and CMS, so the Card holds up even when the CRM data was thin.
Key takeaways
- The Card puts fit, health, segment, ownership, signals, and plays in one place on the record.
- Read the tier first for the action, then the signals for the reason.
- It is populated from native Salesforce fields and stays current automatically.
The Intelligence Card puts fit, health, ownership, and the next play on the record your reps already open. Close Better Leads with SignalRx.
