How are you different from Clay, Definitive or ZoomInfo?

Clay, Definitive and ZoomInfo are data providers. SignalRx is the layer above that gives you intelligence about your prospects and customers.
Unlike either, SignalRx uses your product and revenue data to characterize and monitor your prospects and customers for change. It's also tailored to your business, with a focus on things like specialization, ownership structure, number of locations, and similar signals.
When sourcing new leads, SignalRx is built to find the small clinics and providers that are often hard to find. It understands parent/child ownership, MSO and DSO structures, Private Equity, and the healthcare nuances that generic data providers miss.
You won't require these data subscriptions with SignalRx, it's all included.

What if our data is messy or incomplete?

That's normal. You don't need to clean everything up before getting started.
SignalRx brings together the data you already have, resolves incomplete records and parent/child relationships, and fills in what's missing. Our team maps your Salesforce fields directly into SignalRx, and imports product and revenue data as available into our standardized data model that's fast and efficient in characterizing your customers.
What you get back are clean, enriched Salesforce records tagged with company, product, and signal intelligence. Everything is written to the SignalRx managed package, so we don't overwrite your existing data.
Most customers are live in under 30 days.

How do you handle data security and privacy?

SignalRx connects to your Salesforce with scoped access. Customer data is not used to train third-party AI models, and AI providers process it under zero-retention (ZDR) agreements or similar.
SignalRx is operated by GoodWork Technologies, Inc. SOC 2 Type 2 certification is in process, with completion expected early Q1 2027.

How does pricing work?

Pricing includes a platform fee plus usage. Usage is not token based, rather billed per contact successfully processed.
There are no separate data subscriptions or enrichment tools to manage. We handle the research, enrichment, scoring, and delivery into Salesforce.
You won't require seats or user accounts, your admins will have access to SignalRx, everyone else works from Salesforce directly (unlimited usage).
Many of our customers offset the cost of SignalRx by replacing ZoomInfo and similar subscriptions they no longer need.
We start with a limited scope so you can prove value before expanding.
